We are working on a companion method for Event-Related Potential processing, cleaning and analysis. More generally, it is well suited for a large range of time-locked signals recorded through EEG, MEG, EMG, etc. The ACSTP removes the artifacts such as EOG and blinks, increases the signal-to-noise ratio, detects and corrects the jitter/latency, compensates the overlapping ERP and more. The results are both at the ensemble average and the single trial level. The code is available in beta:
